June 2, 2012 – Newport Beach, CA, USA – AP Photographer Nick Ut’s pictures of the ‘Napalm Girl’ on June 03, 2012 at the Liberty Baptist Church in Newport Beach, California. Kim Phuc was the child depicted in the Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph taken during the Vietnam War on June 8, 1972. The iconic photo taken in Trang Bang by AP photographer Nick Ut, shows her at nine years old running naked on a road after being severely burned by a napalm bombing while fleeing an attack on her village.
