Silent prayer forbidden

Kerry Mellor was alone, praying silently on a street around an abortion clinic in Tasmania, Australia. The street was designated by the government to be an Exclusion Zone. He was approached by the police and issued with a criminal infringement notice. Mr Mellor intends not to pay the fine and to contest in a Court for his right to pray silently on a public street.
